I just saw the official "Marley" documentary and was blown away. As a lifelong Marley fan and reggae music devotee, I was worried that the film on this mammoth figure in my life would get botched. But director Kevin McDonald did a masterful job. From the first frames in Ghana to the street scenes of Jamaica to Marley's tragic final days in Germany, the film follows Marley's larger than life footsteps as he transforms from a farmboy to international icon. Get your sound system working and whatever else you need to relax and just let this doc take you to a higher level of consciousness. This is one you simply cannot miss.
